1PAGER Visual Scenarios

Mr. Stahl was a co-founder of Privatization International, Inc. a company specializing in partnerships between the public and private sector to develop assets beneficial to the public. The privatization project he managed for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1991 was the origin of THINKSHEET.

The West Point project featured an Interest Group Analysis to develop the best strategy to reconcile the conflicing agendas of key business and government officials --- plus their constituents --- for a successful project.

Users can now use THINKSHEET Interest Group Models and 1PAGERs to What If/War Game any private and/or public sector interest groups.

The Biden Administration could use the 1PAGER to war game the interest groups for the war in Ukraine, including the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, NATO, China, India, Pakistan, Southeast & East Asia, Iran and Saudi Arabia.

The leaders' motivations are multi-dimensional, interconnected and dynamic, including support from their people, geopolitical, economic, financial and military.

Unlike Putin, the Biden team could WHAT-IF the motivations under multiple, complete scenarios and see the consequences for each scenario --- often with radically different outcomes --- making all workflow processes faster and wiser.

See Government-Related Section for potential use case for Ukraine and historical case studies for Iraq and Bin Laden raid.

Interest Group Reconciliation

West Point controlled the assets on the main campus, such as the Hotel Thayer and Michie Football Stadium.

However, the most valuable assets, like the 16,000 acres of surplus training land that could be converted to residential and commercial developments, involved multiple interest groups with conflicting agendas who needed to be reconciled.

The private sector groups included real estate developers, homeowners, retail tenants and customers and investors; public sector: govt officials (Orange County, NY State, Federal-DOD); also, voters, residents, the Hudson Riverkeeper with full backing of Robert Kennedy, Jr., hunters & fishermen. Time kills deals, particularly government-related projects like West Point.

Visual Scenarios Interest Groups 1WALL/1PAGER Govt-Related Use Cases

After Mr. Stahl made a presentation to 200+ West Point people to explain the process for choosing the best projects to privatize, the West Point project manager recommended:

"Our people are engineers and they drive tanks, they have a hard time understanding how asset selection and valuation, government entitlements, market and investor demand, competition, financing and developer section all work together for a successful project."

"Why don't you put it on one wall so we can all understand it ---
like we did for the Persian Gulf War at the Pentagon."

PUT IT ON ONE WALL WAS THE LIGHT BULB MOMENT FOR THE 1PAGER!
